Seriously still can’t believe that the 4th of July is this weekend. It marks the offical “middle of summer”, which means we’re on a downward hill to “back to school”. And if you ask me, the second half of summer alwayssss flies by.

I’m sure many of you will be attending festive events this weekend. If you’re like me, you hate arriving to an event empty handed, but also have very little time to put effort towards extracurriculars.

I can’t help but hum Party in the USA when I think of the 4th bc it’s literally the one day of the year when nearly everyone is looking for a good time! The country is filled with cookouts, parties at parks, beach/lake fun and everything in between. My parties always seem to have one common trend: carefully crafted cocktails!

Feeding into my belief that no great party is complete without a signature drink, I tend to offer my guests a theme appropriate cocktail upon their arrival.
