You know we love any excuse for a party here at the SoP HQ, so we weren’t going to let the semester end (yes, we still count semesters bc we have interns on our team) without celebrating the holidays with our entire office.

Not everyone is in the office at the same time, so the trick was figuring out when everyone could attend. We landed on 11am one Wednesday morning, so since that didn’t really feel like “party time” we though it would be fun to turn it into a pj party.

I would say it’s hard to believe we have a 3 year old on our hands (because honestly– where does time go?!), but we’ve been experiencing a new level of tantrums and the start of the threenager phase ..so I can comfortably say we are in the midst of the toddler years. But these will become the good ol’ days, right?!!

Nevertheless, I’m always going to celebrate the little boy that changed my life whenever his birthday comes around!

When I attended my friends’ annual Progressive Park Street Party last year, I knew I wanted PINCK on Park to be a stop this year!

The idea of a progressive party is so fun. Guests arrive at a starting location and then, as a unit, they all move (or progress) to the next location! We used a vintage trolley to transport us to three locations this year, but our HQ was the first stop!

It’s hard to believe it, but not too long ago we celebrated Teagan’s 2nd birthday!

Time is so weird after you have a baby. It’s like it moves super fast + super slow at the same time …which I guess is why they say “the days are long, but the years are short”.

At SoP, we love celebrating every occasion and there’s no better way to do so than with a signature cocktail! Of course, you know we had to have a special drink for our PINCK Hour party at the HQ: The Pink Gin and Tonic. This drink made with Atian Gin perfectly fit our PINCK aesthetic for the party. After a month of settling into the new HQ, the SoP team threw a party to celebrate the opening of our new office. The night was sooo magical and was everything that I could have dreamed of and more! We had beautiful flowers from Fern Studio Flowers, a signature PINCK and Tonic featuring Atian Gin (stay tuned for the recipe),  balloons that floated above everyone like clouds, a gorgeous charcuterie table (that literally came together as the party was starting), and DJ Puff setting the vibe all night with tunes.

The summers in Columbia can be unbearable with the extreme heat, but there’s nothing like a refreshing and sometimes unexpected cocktail to cool things down! I was recently introduced to Jackson Morgan Whiskey Creams and have had fun crafting playful, southern-inspired drinks this season. Their American-made whiskey cream was crafted from a 1921 family original recipe and comes in curated flavors like salted caramel, peaches and cream + this delicious whipped orange cream I that we’re using in the cocktail below to reimagine a childhood favorite.
