It’s that time of year again– Spring Cleaning!! An opportunity where it’s socially acceptable to get a little OCD: strip your shelves, pull everything out of the fridge, venture to the corners where you’ve let random items pile up and give it all a nice deep clean!
Last year during lockdown, I Spring Cleaned like I had never Spring Cleaned before. I was on my hands and knees for days tackling the chores I’d been putting off for longer than I’d like to admit. This year, I don’t have nearly as much time on my hands, but I still think it’s important to put in effort to do an annual refresh on your home just as this season of rebirth begins.
Since my focus last year was dwindling down the junk that had accumulated over the years, and reorganizing spaces, this year I get to focus my attention on something different– educating myself on natural cleaning products! I’ve decided to use as many as I possibly throughout my home, instead of heading straight for the chemicals that I’ve been accustomed to using. Thanks to the introduction of Grove Collaborative‘s services in my life, I’ve found a ton natural replacements. They’ve sourced the best + the healthiest home products, and even offer them in a subscription so that they’re replaced right as you run out.
So for this month’s 10 things, I’m sharing some of the products I’ve been using + loving, that not only tackle dirt and grime… but do so in a way that is healthier for the environment and the people that use them!
