I’ve been dreaming about this moment since last Christmas! Though I’m adamant on “no Christmas decor until after Thanksgiving”, last year we didn’t decorate our Lowcountry home for Christmas and I’ve been imagining a tree overlooking the river ever since.
And wow it was worth the wait! Not only did I find the perfect decor to complement our coastal oasis, it happened just in time for Teagan to start comprehending the holiday season and all the magic it brings!
Last year he enjoyed the act of tearing open presents as we all sat around our living room in matching pajamas, but this year he’s actually anticipating the day!! He keeps asking about Santa and reminding me he wants a “shark car wash” (sooo random lol). To say this is putting me in the Christmas spirit would be an understatement.
So, imagine my excitement when I discovered Cailini Coastal, a home decor company that curates coastal-inspired pieces that are anything but cheesy. While their everyday decor is gorgeous, I was smitten by their pieces for the holiday season.
Between “dusty blue” stockings + tree skirts that perfectly complement the river outside and ornaments that feature whimsical coastal motifs, I had so much fun decorating our living room for the very first time!! And I cannot wait to pull these out year after year!!
