Calling all ‘future matriarchs’— we’re starting a movement!!!
Comment MATRIARCH to join our community of women just trying to make our world a better place!
Southern women, family traditions, motherhood, Charleston, slow living, femininity
Open
2006 was truly one of the best, more formative years of my life. No way we could have truly grasped how different life would be TWENTY YEARS later, but I can promise you we never took one second of that year for granted.
Throwback, 00s, Y2K, high school memories, millennial memories
Open
- thinking softness means weakness
- rolling your eyes at homemaking, but calling burnout “empowerment”
- believing needing no one is the highest form of freedom
- seeing tradition as oppression instead of inheritance
- saying legacy is outdated and personal branding is eternal
- trying to escape femininity instead of refine it
- measuring progress only by proximity to male power
I refuse to believe feminism can’t include choosing beauty, care, and leadership in your home! And I know the founding mothers of the movement understood that though “womanhood” looks different for everyone, all women are capable of whatever they desire!!
Reclaiming femininity, women empowerment, modern womanhood, intergenerational values, millennial mom, strong female lead, southern women, liberal women
Open
Becoming a future matriarch isn’t about perfection—it’s about intention.
Honoring where you come from. Being mindful of what you’re building. And choosing, every day, to lead with care, grace, and vision.
If this speaks to you, you’re already on the path of creating roots for your family. Come take the journey with us. 🌳
If you want to be apart of the community we’re building, comment “FUTURE MATRIARCH” and I’ll send you the link to subscribe to learn everything you’ll need to take on this role.

If watching ICE kill Americans and listening to the government completely contradict the video evidence isn’t pissing you off— then you’re being too f-ing nice!!!
