Located to the immediate left of Pier 5 on the Embarcadero, is Coqueta, a small Spanish tapas restaurant that puts a modern twist on otherwise traditional dishes. It was recommended to us by a San Fran local, and I’m so glad we decided to try it one day during Happy Hour.

We snagged a seat at the bar so we could gaze out onto the bay throughout our entire meal. The bartenders were really nice and helped us maneuver our way through the menu.
