Finally coming up for air after a veryyy busy Halloweekend! 👻
I finished T’s knight costume for boo at @riverbankszoosc, decorated my car with fellow class moms for our school’s annual trunk-or-treat, spent the week making a spooky meal for our Halloween house party, handed out treats from me + my hubby to all the houses on our street that participated in trick-or-treating, hosted like 50+ people on Halloween night, attended a mid-day masquerade in a mask inspired by one from Truman Capote’s ball, finished my own medieval-style princess hat, and experienced Cola’s newest (and black-owned) wine bar @vinosabor!
It’s no wonder I slept for like 14 hours last night! 🫠

This year, I wanted to do something special for Halloween– so I made everyone on our street these custom, spooky coasters! 🎃👻 Here’s how I did it:
1. Created an image of our street on Halloween using AI then designed a Canva template (and designed matching gift tags)
2. Uploaded the design on Walgreens’ site, chose my project, the opted for in-store pickup
3. Use at your own party —OR turned it into a gift by attaching the gift tags to little bags with a cute bow!
This is such an easy way to customize any event your hosting (or attending) this holiday season!
Easy DIY crafts, creative hostess ideas, budget-friendly projects, seasonal DIY gift ideas, personalized gifts, neighbor gift ideas, DIY Halloween crafts, Halloween party
